Epic Games Store has two methods to gain superiority over its competitor Steam. The first method which has helped them get access to millions of users is free games. Epic Games has been giving free games almost every week since 2019. Players who do not like to miss a free game now have a growing library, which is filled with free games.
Nobody would like to abandon a library full of exotic games. Their second method is exclusives. We have seen them get access to titles like Red Dead Redemption 2, and now they will get to more than just one game.
Epic Games has announced that there is a full list of exclusives coming to the store this year. These games are not big as Red Dead Redemption 2, but they are certainly still good games. I’ve not heard about some of these games, but from the descriptions, they look quite excellent. Here is the list
- Among Trees – Summer 2020
- Control The Foundation DLC – March 26, 2020
- Diabotical – Close Beta Open Now
- Dread Nautical – April 29, 2020
- Industries of Titan – April 14, 2020
- Samurai Shodown – Spring 2020
- Saturnalia – 2020
- Sludge Life – Spring 2020
- Totally Reliable Delivery Service – April 1, 2020
Most of these games are indie, and some titles like Samurai Shodown are quite popular. The game is already available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Switch, and Nintendo Switch. However, this is the first time it’ll be released on PC, and Epic Games Store will have access to this exclusive. Lastly, Epic Games is giving two free games this week including Watch Dogs, so grab it before they are gone!
