After the release of the Galaxy S9, many of the users complained about the battery life and everyone wished that Galaxy S9 had a better battery capacity. Those who were wishing something like this will be able to take its final form finally. According to a leak of the upcoming Galaxy S9 Active, the upcoming variant will have an enormous battery size.
Samsung Galaxy S9 Active Will Feature A 4,000mAh battery.
The leaks state that the Galaxy S9 Active will come with a 5.8-inch display with a resolution of 2960×1440. It will be powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 845 processor, along with 4GB of RAM and 64 of storage. The phone will sport a 12MP rear camera with a variable aperture between F/1.5 and F/2.4 very similar to the Galaxy S9 and S9+. The front camera will be an 8MP selfie camera.
However, keep in mind that these are just speculated specifications and they might be different when the phone will make its way to the market. The reports from readytricks don’t seem to contain a legit source, so things might be different. But anyways, if the S9 active will arrive with these specifications we’ll be happier than ever.
The reports from the source suggest that the Galaxy S9 Active might be launched sometime in the July-September phase. Unfortunately, Samsung’s Active smartphones are not released worldwide. The Galaxy S8 Active was also released in the U.S. only and was an AT&T exclusive.
Later on, it started getting sold as an unlocked variant, but that required customers to pay full price for the flagship.
