You may remember Project I.G.I, the series of two instalments which were released back in the early 2000s. After 16 years the beloved series will get a 3rd instalment called I.G.I. – Origins. The game is set in a time before the previous games and will uncover the origin of the I.G.I. Organization. I.G.I 3 is being developed by a Swedish video game developing company Toadman Interactive and the game is said to be in its early stage right now.

You can check the small teaser below.

The teaser shows an, albeit very small, glimpse of our prototyping, and many things will improve as we continue development. More importantly, the reason we put it out is to encourage fans of the I.G.I. franchise to provide ideas and feedback while we are still in the early stages of development. At Toadman, we very much like to build our games around interaction with our community, and in that spirit, we want to know more about what you would like to see in the game.

Also, they said you can submit any ideas that you have which can improve the game by anyway. If you want to verify this information you can head over to Toadman Interactive’s website.

We are all super stoked for this sequel as we thought I.G.I would never see the light of the sun again. Hopefully, the game will live up to our expectations but the only sad thing is that it will release somewhere in 2021.
