If you want to play Metro Exodus with 60FPS at 1080p, then you will need an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 paired with an i7-4770K. But, If you have a PC with specs that are mentioned in the minimum requirements, then you will be able to run the game at 1080p/30FPS with all the graphics settings set to low.
