Microsoft just uncovered a new “Ultimate Performance” power mode for Windows 10 build 17101. The update is principally intriguing for advance users and specialists.

The feature goes a step ahead towards reducing micro-latencies by establishing efficiency trade-offs. The new development is made for pro users whose drive is to achieve “Extreme Performance”.

The released feature can be turned on when the High Performance mode is not ample.
“As part of our effort to provide the absolute maximum performance we’re introducing a new power policy called Ultimate Performance,” Microsoft says.

The new power mode can be activated by simply going to power options under hardware & sound. The Ultimate Performance mode is further customizable conferring to your needs.

There are certain forewarnings too, Microsoft says it can “directly impact hardware.” High-geared performance can have unfavorable effects to components and additionally might just affect a surge in your electricity bill.
