Frontier Development Known for Simulation, Construction and Business sort of games, has developed another game called Planet Zoo. The game has already released on November 5, 2019. It only supports Microsoft Windows, however, we might see this game soon on Console & Google Stadia.

The game is based on Zoo, where you are the project manager. There are dozens of Animals with a lot of themes, and you can literally do anything. As a player, you will be able to Build a lot of things inside the Zoo. The animals inside the Zoo will sense your changes and react accordingly. Furthermore, you will play in a campaign or story type gameplay, where most of the future will be decided by your actions. You are the controller of the zoo, and every decision to the situation will be yours. For example, an animal escaped from his cell, the assistant will let you know and now you can deploy a Vet to take him back to Cage. Furthermore, you can also re-build his cage and make changes.

The game is very specific, every animal has a name and identity. It’s like a real zoo, and this game has most of the options inherited from it. Players will be able to identify the behaviour and personality of every animal, afterward, they can do research on why they are like that. Your goal will be to keep Animals and Zoo happy. The Zoo is visited by people and you have to control everything to make it entertaining. Apart from this, players will be responsible for the Animals’ future. You have to keep animals happy, so they can raise a family.

Creativity is another aspect of this game which makes it enjoyable. You can edit your Zoo effortlessly with Tools. Furthermore, you can make things better for Visitors and Animals with new Lakes, Rivers, Hills, Mountains, Carve Paths, and Caves. Everything can be Build to make your Zoo look attractive. There are hundreds of building components to provide a huge variety for players.

So you might be wondering, how everything will happen so quickly. The game has quick time management, a day passes in 3 seconds, and a year passes in 18 minutes. This sort of time will allow players to move things quickly, and newer generations to come fast. The gameplay isn’t rapid, because there is so much to do, that you won’t feel it’s happening quickly. People complained in Beta that it is too fast, and needs to be reduced however Frontier did approve the suggestions but nothing has changed.

The game is available on Steam, you can buy the basic version for $43.99 while Deluxe Edition costs $53.99. The Deluxe Edition features 3 new animals, Pygmy Hippopotamus, Thomson’s Gazelle & Komodo Dragon. Players will also get hands-on new Wallpapers, and Original Sound Track by JJ Ipsen. There are a lot of Animals missing, but I am sure that in near future they will have DLC’s like Arctic and others. Animals like Snow Bear and others will be available too.

If its raining and your animals have no shelter, this could make them sick or maybe dead. You are responsible for everything.
