When we talk about companies like Razer, most of the center of attention tends to be on the high-end product range. Devices like the glowing Blackwidow keyboard and Mamba HyperFlux wire-less are meant for the extreme enthusiasts who don’t care about the dollar and want the best of the best regardless of the price.

But recently, Razer is taking interests on the budget-friendly products, the announcement of the Razer Abyssus Essential proves that. However, it might not pack the same high-end features of the more pricey razer mice like adjustable tracking and programmable buttons but also cost way less than some of Razer’s mice.

The Abyssus Essential is the cheapest yet amazing mouse because of the signature chroma lighting and the brand new “underglow” lighting effect that is going to reflect off of your mouse mat, With the price tag of just $49.99. Feature-wise, it offers a 7,200 DPI optical sensor, and the standard two buttons/scroll wheel layout. Surprisingly, the lack of extra side buttons means it’s also ambidextrous.

The Absyssus Essential rounds out Razer’s budget line of Chroma-equipped products, which also includes the similar low-end Razer Cynosa Chroma keyboard and Goliathus Chroma mouse mat so that even the most gamers that are on a budget can now add glowing LEDs to their setup without breaking the bank.
