Samsung Electronics Co. unveiled the Samsung Galaxy F, first Samsung’s foldable phone last week, and is planning to release its first foldable device in March along with the fifth generation network powered Galaxy S10. However, Galaxy F won’t feature a 5G network setup. The expected price tag was also revealed.

The price of the foldable smartphone has not yet been determined.  Industry watchers expected it to cost around $1,770 USD. The high price is expected to limit the sales. Samsung also stated that their forthcoming foldable phone will fold inward. The phone will sport a 4.6 inch when folded and a 7.4 inch when unfolded.

Samsung Electronics President Koh Dong-jin, the head of mobile business also stated that the company will make at least 1 million foldable smartphones. Industry watchers also told that Samsung is suspected to showcase their new foldable Smartphone in World Mobile Congress next year, ahead of the official launch.
