Playing a game and not keeping the memory is a bad thing right? Well, Respawn was kind enough to introduce new Photo Mode in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. Previously, players were able to take in-game screenshot however that gave you a picture from the first-person FOV. Now you can take pictures as if you were spectating the game. Apart from this, the newly introduced Photo Mode looks similar to that of Forza Horizon. There are a lot of advanced features like Focal Distance, Tilt, Filter Strength and what not.

Furthermore, there is no selfie mode or advanced options to change Cal’s expressions, however, you can cut anything you like from a scene. The advanced options include

  • Focal distance
  • F-stop
  • Exposure
  • Vignette
  • Film grain
  • Chromatic aberration
  • Hide player
  • Hide AI
  • Filter
  • Filter strength
  • Place spotlight
  • Remove spotlight
  • Spotlight brightness
  • Spotlight warmth
  • Hide UI

The newly introduced feature has arrived, along with other fixes which you can read here. The photo mode can be accessed through controls. You have to press both LS and RS or L3 and R3 at the same time. Afterward, the game will pause and you will get numerous options that can be tweaked.

Additionally, there is another featured introduced that will revolve around your lightsaber. Previously, the community requested to remove a lightsaber which gets attached to Cal, after you reach a certain point of the story. This can be now removed through the lightsaber customization menu. Lastly, there are a lot of bug fixes too, the most recent crash issue has also been fixed. “We’ve made a pass of the game in an effort to reduce the number of crashes you should encounter,” says DICE. “The end result of this is now a more stable game.”
