Introduction:

Thermaltake was established in 1999, Headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan. Best recognized for their coolers, power supplies, chassis, and gaming merchandise. We have in the past reviewed a few products from Thermaltake including the View 22 TG, Smart RGB 700W 80+, Thermaltake Versa N26 and have always found them to be wonderful. This season around though, we’re looking at something especially intense and expensive from Thermaltake.

The Thermaltake Toughpower iRGB Plus series comes in four variants which are: 850W
1050W, 1200W, and 1250W (Each with different power-efficiency rating). The variant we’re going to review is the Thermaltake Toughpower iRGB Plus 1250w behemoth of a power supply. Not only that, it is a Titanium rated which means after purchasing it you’ll enter the elite-realm of PC Master Race. The most highlighting innovation of this PSU includes a well-engineered highly effective power management feature which can be controlled via software and if that wasn’t satisfying, RGB lighting. RGB lighting is unquestionably something Thermaltake takes seriously which we also saw in the Smart RGB 700W.

Even though we love Thermaltake’s products, but still we aren’t going to loosen up on this one because the Thermaltake Toughpower iRGB Plus 1250w is an expensive product and it promises a lot of things which need to be tested in order to verify the integrity of the powerhouse this product claims to be.

The Thermaltake Toughpower iRGB Plus 1250w is available in Pakistan for 27,500PKR at Shingpoint and Internationally for $400 at Amazon. (Both of the pricing were locked at the time of the review).
