Straight off the bat, You can see that the case comes in a cardboard box and the most prominent feature is the “Tt LCS” certification badge on the front side of the box included with the information of the thickness of the Tempered Glass which is 5mm.  The included Riing fans add a whole new dimension to the aesthetic appeal of the chassis makes the case stand out even more.

What does the Tt Certification mean?

Tt LCS Certified is a Thermaltake exclusive certification applied only to products that pass the design standards of hardcore enthusiasts. The Tt LCS certification was created so that can power users can know which chassis has been tested to be most compatible with extreme liquid cooling configurations to ensure the best performance, features, and fit.- Thermaltake

The back side of the box showcases another angle of the View 71 which exhibits and portrays the swinging mechanism of the tempered glass, which is a big deal in my opinion.

The right side of the case depicts every detailed specification of the case, for the full detailed spec sheet scroll up.

The left side of the case shows the key features of the case in different languages and a fragile caution sticker at the top right side of the box.

The exterior of the box really makes you excited for what’s inside the huge box as Thermaltake does a solid job of bringing the buyer in with loads of colors and a potential build. After about 5 minutes of determining how I am going to get this chassis out of its box, I finally made the decision to take it off the box by rotating it and pointing the open top downwards carefully. After revealing the chassis itself, I was astonished to see how solid and thick the sides panels are. And the glass is all over the case, only the bottom and rear isn’t covered by thick tempered glass.

To commence fresh, let’s look at the very comparable right and left glass panels. These panels are an agile release detachable design so you can remove them easily. These panels can also be extracted by just lifting up on the glass to get them out of their hinges.

Right in between these panels, you can see the IO ports which consist of 2 USB 3.0 and 2 USB 2.0 ports. Also added is the large power button on the right side and a standard mic/headphones jack in expanding to a reset switch.

The airflow will be coming from the space in between the glass here which I hope won’t suck dust out of your room. Both of the view glass and the cable control area have tempered glass doors that have a swinging-mechanism to make building any system inside the View 71 a zephyr.

Primarily Three rubber grommets are placed on the top and they can be utilized either for DIY liquid cooling or if for any cause you have to run cables & tubing on the outside of the chassis. You can also recognize a 140mm or 120mm fan exhaust housing as well as a vertically mounted GPU conjunction area. I can’t wait to stick our “RTX 2080” in this slot to really showcase our system.
